Return policy
Customers must notify CREAGUMS within seven (7) days of delivery if there are concerns regarding the product. Due to the nature of CREAGUMS products being consumable, returns or refunds may only be considered if the product was damaged prior to transit, to be confirmed through an internal inspection. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by CREAGUMS. Refunds, if deemed applicable, will be evaluated at the sole discretion of CREAGUMS and will only be issued in exceptional cases that meet the specific criteria outlined in this policy. By placing an order with CREAGUMS, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags or seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
